Some examples of a community violation may include issues such as excessive speeding over the posted speed limit (25 mph), a partially wrecked or junked motor vehicle in the driveway, parking on the grass (not the driveway), or a recreational vehicle (RV) on one's driveway over the limit specified in the CCRs (two days). As an autonomous community, it may be necessary to report a violation. This is a self-reporting process and anonymity is maintained. The ultimate goal is to maintain a cohesive, appealing and safe environment for all homeowners.
